Once you find a suitable accommodation and confirm availability, you can book or apply through our website. We also offer consultation services to help international students find the most suitable co-living space.

Step 1 | Apply online or contact us

Once you find suitable accommodation, you can submit your information through the 【Application Form】 or 【Inquiry Form】, or contact us via LINE, WhatsApp, or Email. Afterwards we gather preliminary information about your move-in date, lease term, and school details.

You can choose one of the following methods to begin:

① Book an empty room directly.

If the residence shows available rooms, you can directly fill out the 

【Check-in Form】to make a reservation. We will confirm the relevant details with you.
👉 Suitable for students who have already have a desired room and lease term.

② Fill out the consultation form

If you haven't decided on a room type yet, please provide your budget, check-in date, and school information, and we will recommend suitable accommodations based on your needs.
👉 Suitable for international students visiting Taiwan for the first time or who need advice.  

③ Contact us directly

Contact us via LINE, WhatsApp, or Email, and we will assist you with details regarding the rental period, room type, and check-in arrangements.
👉 Suitable for students who need immediate confirmation of questions.

Step Two | 15-Minute Online Meeting

To ensure the quality of living and maintain a student-only environment, we will conduct  a  15 minutes ,online video or telephone meeting. 

The meeting included:

• Confirm student identity and school details
• Explanation of the guidelines for co-living in homes
• Understand your accommodation needs
• Answering related questions

We believe that a good living experience comes from thorough communication beforehand.
This process helps us recommend the most suitable room type while maintaining a simple and safe community environment.

Step 3 | Confirm Room Type and Sign Contract

After the meeting, we will assist in confirming the room type, lease term, and rent plan, and provide contract signing and payment information. Once confirmed, check-in can be arranged.

Step Four | Check-in with Peace of Mind

On the day of check-in, you will be given an introduction to the environment and living rules, which will set the stage for your study abroad life in Taipei. We also welcome you to participate in student exchange activities and meet roommates from all over the world.

What do I need to prepare before checking in?

To ensure a smoother check-in process, we recommend preparing the following documents in advance:

• If you are an international student, please ensure your visa and entry documents are valid.
