Flexible Lease Terms

In Taiwan, Traditional rental contracts tend to require at least one year lease. To meet the needs of various study plans, we offer flexible lease options for students coming to Taiwan. The minimum lease term is one month.

Flexible rental terms based on your study schedule. Minimum stay: 1 month.

Simple Process

We provide online contract signing. You only need to pay a one-time upfront payment:
• Administrative Processing Fee: NT$1,500（Non-refundable）
• Security Deposit: NT$13,500（Refundable）
There are no other additional processing fees. When you move out, if the lease termination conditions are met, the security deposit will be fully refunded.

Convenient Living

Taiwan share house provides furniture, appliances, kitchen supplies, dishes and other necessities of life, and sends people to clean the public spaces once a week. If there are any problems (equipment damage) during your stay, you can contact customer service directly.

Taiwan share house is a safe and reliable shared dormitory environment, allowing international students to get the best experience in studying and living in Taiwan. Unlike school dormitories, TAIWAN SHARE HOUSE provides a complete kitchen, dining room, living room, and double bathroom (some rooms have single bathroom), providing different options in the crowded and limited Taipei.
