The process from booking to check-in

STEP 1   Fill out and Submit the Housing Application

※ At this stage, the room reservation is not yet confirmed and is for inquiry only.

● After you complete the application form, our staff will send you an email and also contact you via the messaging app you provided. Please check for message requests/unknown senders; you may also reach out to us proactively.

● Please review our message and reply to confirm the reservation. If there is no reply within 48 hours, your request will be regarded as canceled.

STEP 2   Review & Call to Confirm Booking Details

● We will schedule a conversation during the time slot you selected to confirm the booking details.

● The review process takes about 3–4 days.

STEP 3   E-sign the Agreement & Pay Initial Fees

※ After the agreement is signed, any cancellation will be handled in accordance with the Cancellation Policy. (For cancellation policy check the relevant Q&A section)

● Once the review is approved, we will send an e-signature link. Please complete the signing within 48 hours.

● We will provide the total amount for the initial fees; please complete payment within 48 hours.

STEP 4   On Move-in Day

► Pre-move-in Contact

● 1–2 weeks before move-in, we will contact you. Please keep communication open.

►  Confirm Your Check-in Time

● Please provide your flight arrival time or your ETA at the residence so we can arrange a suitable check-in slot (see [Move-in Guidelines] for details).。

● Host-assisted check-in: Monday to Friday, 15:00–21:00.

● After 21:00 Taiwan time , You must arrange Self Check-in.
