When the World Cup Final kicked off, we knew a basic pub screen wouldn't give our community the experience they deserved. Hosting 20+ guests for a high-stakes match requires more than just turning on a TV—it takes an immersive venue setup, curated audio, and distinct zones so everyone can drink, socialize, and lock into the game at their own pace.
By leveraging our 3-story event venue, we transformed the space into a multi-level watch hub, anchored by our 2nd-floor projector lounge.
Hosting nearly 20 people comfortably requires a blend of smart seating arrangements, high-definition viewing, and ambient audio control.
The Main Display: We have a massive screen display directly in front of the bar on the 1st floor as you soon as you enter , ensuring that we have a big screen that anyone can view and drink will watching the game in confort.
Tiered Sofa Seating: To fit 20 guests without overcrowding, we arranged a tiered layout: the main sectional seats infront to host people while adjacent to the wall there was also seated chairs and table to eat and watch the game.
Pre-Game Vibe: Before kickoff, we ran a custom background playlist through our multi-room speaker setup featuring Spanish rock, Latin beats, and classic World Cup anthems to set the mood as guests arrived.
Match Audio: During the game, we routed the broadcast commentary through surround-sound speakers, turning up the crowd noise so every stadium roar resonated right through the room.
The atmosphere in our 1st-floor screening area was intense across 90 scoreless minutes. After tensely fought defensive battles, the venue erupted in extra time when Spain substitute Ferran Torres buried the winning goal in the 106th minute to seal a 1-0 victory for La Roja!
This World Cup final watch party was a testament to what our venue can do! Moving forward, we are excited to host regular events for our share house guests and international community, including:
