Landlords only need to provide the property in a rental-ready condition, ensuring that utilities (water, electricity, gas) and essential facilities are functional.
TSH will take care of tenant management, rent collection, communication, and maintenance coordination.

What maintenance and cleaning services does TSH provide?

We offer regular maintenance and cleaning to ensure all rooms and shared areas remain in excellent condition:

  • Regular room and common area cleaning

  • Air-conditioner filter cleaning

  • Basic appliance and furniture upkeep

  • Coordination of repair and service visits

Q3.
What happens if tenants damage the property?

Each tenant signs a lease agreement with a security deposit before move-in.
If damage occurs, TSH will inspect the property, estimate repair costs, and deduct them from the deposit.
In guaranteed rent or management agreements, TSH handles the entire claim and repair process on behalf of the landlord.

Does TSH conduct regular inspections?

Yes. Our staff conducts scheduled inspections to ensure the property is well-maintained and tenants follow house rules.
Inspection reports and photos can be shared with landlords upon request.
