Q1.
What kind of tenants live in TSH properties?

Our tenants are mainly international students, exchange students, and young professionals from Taiwan and abroad.
Most are studying at nearby universities such as NTU, NTNU, NTUST, TKU, or working in Taipei’s business districts.
All tenants are carefully screened to ensure reliability and community fit.

Q2.
Is there a screening process for tenants?

Yes. Before signing a lease, all applicants must:

  • Provide identification and university or employment verification

  • Undergo a brief interview or background check

  • Agree to house rules and payment terms

This ensures a safe, respectful, and harmonious living environment for all residents.

Q3.
What happens if a tenant delays rent or breaks the rules?

TSH enforces clear and fair policies:

  • Late payments are followed up with reminders and late fees after the grace period.

  • Rule violations (such as smoking, pets, or noise) are issued written warnings; repeated offenses may lead to termination.

  • TSH handles all communication, ensuring the landlord is not burdened.
