• Check-in Time: Between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

• Late Check-in: Guests arriving after 9:00 PM may self check-in following the provided instructions.

• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM. Our staff will inspect the room and facilities with you. The security deposit will be refunded after confirmation.

If you arrive after 9:00 PM, your check-in will be arranged as Self-Check-in.

Step 1: Receive Check-in Information
On your check-in day, we will send you the following details via Line, WhatsApp, or Email:
• Door lock code or key box password
• Building and room number
• Entrance instructions and photo guide

Step 2: Follow the Instructions
Please follow the provided steps to enter the building and your room.
If you encounter any difficulties, feel free to contact your house manager via Line or WhatsApp.

Step 3: Next-day Verification
Your house manager will meet you the next day to:
• Verify your passport and payment record
• Explain the house rules and common facilities
• Provide your rental receipt (if applicable)

⚠️Please make sure your phone is connected to the internet and that Line/WhatsApp notifications are turned on to avoid missing important messages.

• All Taiwan Share House apartments are fully furnished with:

  Air conditioning, TV, washing machine, refrigerator, kitchenware (pots, pans, etc.), and bedding set.

  Each unit also includes a desk, chair, wardrobe, storage cabinet, and trash bin —
  plus one personal lockable storage box per tenant for secure storage of personal belongings.

• There is no curfew, as we are not a student dormitory.
  However, please be considerate of your roommates and keep noise to a minimum when returning late or leaving early.

• Yes. Each room comes with a key, and every resident is provided with a private safe for secure storage of personal belongings.

• If facilities are damaged, please take photos/videos and contact us via LINE or Messenger for assistance.

• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM. Our staff will inspect the room and facilities with you. Once everything is confirmed in good condition, the security deposit will be refunded.
• Left Items: Any belongings left behind after check-out will be treated as trash, and a cleaning fee of NT$1,000 will be charged.
• Lost Key: A replacement fee of NT$100 per key will be charged for any lost or unreturned key.
