Q1.
How do I pay rent and when is it due?
  • The first month’s rent must be paid on your move-in day. After that, rent is due on the 1st of each month.

What payment methods are available?
  • We accept:

  • ATM bank transfer

  • Online payment

  • Convenience store payment

    ※ Transaction fees are the tenant’s responsibility.

Q3.
How do I renew my contract?
  • TSH will ask about your renewal intention 30 days before the contract ends. For 1-month rentals, please notify us within the first week of your stay.
Q4.
What if I want to end my contract early?
  • Early termination requires at least 30 days’ notice. Otherwise, the contract will be considered active for 30 days after notification, and failure to comply will result in loss of the security deposit.
Q5.
Can I request an official receipt/invoice?
  • Yes. Please inform us before move-in if you require an official tax invoice. Please note that an additional 5% VAT will be charged. Corporate accounts and schools are also welcome.
Q6.
Energy cost pricing method
  • The utility fee includes all related expenses such as internet, water, electricity, and gas, charged as a fixed monthly rate.

  • Summer Rate: NT$1,500/month
     Applicable from June 1 to September 30.
     During this period, electricity rates are higher due to increased power consumption.

  • Winter Rate: NT$900/month
     Applicable from October 1 to May 31.
     During this period, electricity rates are lower due to reduced power usage.
